An e-VOA application is submitted with the following requirements. 

1. Original valid passport valid for at least six months
2. Return ticket or onward ticket to continue traveling to another country

The documents required to prepare a Visa request are:

1. Passport biodata page with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of your arrival to Indonesia (JPG/JPEG/PNG format with a maximum size of 200 kb)
2. Passport size photo (JPG/JPEG/PNG format with maximum size of 200 kb)
3. Email address
4. Valid Mastercard, Visa, or JCB credit card.

VOA applications are submitted by Foreigners at certain Immigration Checkpoints (TPI), with the following requirements:

1. A valid passport of the nationality and valid for at least six months,
2. Return ticket or return ticket to continue traveling to another country, except for the crew of the conveyance who will stop by to join the ship and continue traveling to another country.

The requirements for obtaining a visit visa are: Have a Passport with a validity period of at least 6 (six) months and have a return ticket or ticket to continue traveling to another country.
