Funding to implement this Law is borne by the State Budget.

Application for a Travel Document, Visa, Stay Permit, Re-entry Permit and fine under this Law is subject to immigration fee.
The immigration fee as referred to in section (1) constitutes one of the Non-Tax State Revenue in Immigration.
Further provision regarding the immigration fee as referred to in section (1) is regulated by Government Regulation.
